Rescheduling is not allowed, and any ticket not used on the reserved date will expire. - Virtual Queueing (VQ) allows you to reserve timed entries for rides, attractions, and shows through the Genting SkyWorlds app. Activation occurs upon ticket scanning at the turnstile on your visit date. - Some rides and attractions may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
