About this activity
Egg coffee, created by Nguyen Van Giang during the Indochina War in 1946 due to dairy shortage, has become an iconic cafe drink in Vietnam. At Cafe Minh, you'll learn how to create your own egg coffee, a Vietnamese delicacy that blends the richness of coffee with the velvety texture of whipped egg. Plus, you’ll also learn to make Hanoi-style milk coffee and Saigon-style milk coffee.
