Good to know: - Pregnant guests beyond 3 months (13 weeks) of pregnancy are not permitted to fly. - Guests must be able to climb into and out of the 1.2-metre-high balloon basket without assistance. - Passengers over 100kg must provide their weight when booking. - Wear sturdy shoes and layered outdoor clothing; white clothing is not recommended. - Food and drink are not permitted in the balloon basket. - Flight times, launch sites and landing sites vary according to weather conditions.
